Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application Requirements
Crystal Glen is a Deed-Restricted Community, and as such, homeowners are required to maintain the appearance and standards that help preserve our neighborhood’s charm, property values, and quality of life. To support this, any exterior modifications to your home or property must be reviewed and approved by the Crystal Glen HOA Board of Directors via the Architectural Review Board (ARB) process — prior to the start of any work.
What Requires ARB Approval?
An ARB Application is required for any exterior alterations, additions, or improvements to your property. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Exterior house painting (see special note below)
- New or replacement windows and doors
- Tree removal or major landscaping changes
- Roof replacements or repairs
- Installation or replacement of gutters, awnings, or shutters
- Construction of storage sheds, fences, driveways, or pools
- Installation of security lighting, satellite dishes, or solar panels
Failure to obtain prior approval may result in violations, fines, and the requirement to remove or undo unapproved changes at the homeowner’s expense.
Special Note About Exterior Paint
If you are planning to paint the exterior of your home, you must:
- Submit an ARB application in advance
- Select your colors from the Crystal Glen HOA-approved exterior color palette
- The approved palette is available on our website at www.CrystalGlenHOA.com
How to Submit an ARB Application
There are two ways to submit your ARB application:
- Physical Drop-Off
Place your completed ARB form in the brown metal HOA drop box located near the front door of: 3049 Lazlo Lane, Orlando, FL 32837 - Email Submission

Next to the front door is an information poster stand.
Attached to the back of the stand, you’ll find a clear plastic box containing blank ARB forms for your convenience.
